Synchronizing database options

Hi,

Is there a list available which mentions the options of a database when synchronizing in AlwaysOn?
I mean for example the databas owner. When this is set to sa (primairy) and sa1 (secundary) and a failover takes place the db owner stays at is. So on the prim sa and on the sec sa1. Same is for compatibility level.
