Resume data movement

After force_failover_alow_data_loss to a async replica, all the data movement are suspended.

I would like to know if I resume data movement on the secondary replica( original primary) . is the data on the secondary replica( original primary) will be rollback , if that data are more update than then current primary ( the previous async node).
