Using a Windows FCI as a node in a WFSC

I'm working on setting up Always On, on SQL 2016, with 3 WFSC nodes.
Is it possible to have the primary replica as a Windows FCI (2 nodes) and the remaining secondary nodes as stand alone servers?
Or maybe I should ask if it's possible to create a WFSC using one FCI and two stand alone servers?
I would like to have the redundancy of the FCI for the primary node.
