not able to failover with listener configured

Hi All,

I am new to SQL Server 2014 Availability group. 

I have created Availability group followed the below link

https://jacquesyeoh.com/2016/06/16/sqlalwayson/amp/

Without listener configured, it will failover. But with listener configured, it was not failover.

I am getting the below error.

Please help me in resolving the issue. Thanks in Advance.
