Rule "Cluster shared disk available check" failed

Hello,

I have searched and searched, and am unable to find a solution. I have two nodes, and everything seems to be working. I am able to paste a file into the shared disk from one node, and then open the file in the other node. Both are able to see the quorum disk.

The failover clustering validation pass just fine in Failover Cluster Manager in Server Administrator.

Yet, when trying to install clustering in SQL server, SQL server cannot find the shared disk.

OS is Server 2016 Datacenter on both nodes

SQL is SQL server 2017 standard on both nodes.

Any help would be appreciated.
