Hi We have always on configuration for 2016 R2 EE edition on windows 2012. Now we need a requirement to change witness share network location to new location . I run through following steps.
failover cluster manager-> more action ->configure Cluster Quorum setting
and provide new location . (I assume the permission are correct). After configure run the "validate Cluster" but it says warning and on Witness location on failover cluster manager shows old location and has not changed to new location . Furthermore on validation report says two locations as witness 2 & witness 3.
I can see new location already start writing records as bellow on power shell command
Get-ChildItem \\networklocation\sqlalwayson\fec9-4062-a1f8-1c6524b81ae2
Therefore any one can advise in proper way to change it
