I am trying to add new feature as R service in Database feature for an existing SQL server failover cluster configuration for 4 node cluster. I did try to add feature to install R services and it did fail due to cluster configuration. I tried to install as new installation for R services and it does require Database Engine as part of the installation so it will not work like what I am trying to.
Microsoft document for configuring R on existing server will work only on standalone server configurations only but not on cluster.
Can someone please suggest me how would i configure R Services for an existing Database cluster configurations?
