Getting encryption error during DB restore

Hi,

I am getting below error while restoring one database. 

Error: 28054, Severity: 11, State: 1.

Service Broker needs to access the master key in the database 'DBName'. Error code:32. The master key has to exist and the service master key encryption is required.

However, my database doesn't have any encryption enabled. 

It will be great help if you can provide any lead for this.
