Is enabling/configuring log shipping something that needs to be done while the database is not serving traffic at 3 am and apps turned off? Or can this safely be done during
regular but lower traffic times?
Using SQL server 2016 sp2 Standard Edition, the DB is currently in Simple recovery mode
