hello,
I have 2 datacenter sql server 2012 configured.
- on site 1: 2 nodes with microsft clustering
- site 2: 2 nodes with microsft clustering
- synchronous mirroring configured between the 2 clusters, Witness on the datacenter that is running the active instance
I would like to enhance this design, what do you think about
- if I create a VIP for witness so it will point always to an active witness server
- DNS round robin entru for witness
