We have setup two node SQL server 2016 fail over cluster. Issue is when trying to shift SQL service from primary node to secondary node through Windows Failover Cluster console it gets failed. However when trying to manually start services from windows service
manger console SQL DB is successfully started. Failover cluster manager showing following error code"Cluster resource 'SQL Server (SQL instance name)' of type 'SQL Server' in clustered role 'SQL Server (SQL Instance )' failed.
Based on the failure policies for the resource and role, the cluster service may try to bring the resource online on this node or move the group to another node of the cluster and then restart it. Check the resource and group state using Fail-over Cluster
Manager or the Get-ClusterResource Windows PowerShell cmdlet."
We are unable to achieve SQL Server high availability to the above mentioned error. Please help us out we have searched on several forum but could not find the solution.
