How site distance (or network latency) impacts RTO/RPO

Hi,

Any idea if/how sites (HQ, DR1, DR2..) distance from each other will impact the RTO and RPO.   

If you can please provide me with some data, anything like:  

When network latency is:

10ms = RTO - x and RPO - x, 

70ms = RTO - x and RPO - x,  

100ms = RTO - x and RPO - x,  

…

whatever you can provide would be helpful.
