Cluster unresponsive

Hi everybody,

Scenario

Windows Server 2008R2, SQL 2012 Ent

2 node cluster, 2 SQL instances, External Storage.

Issue:

Due to network problem (internal communication), the Cluster system arises event 1135.

At this point  the cluster is not responsive and both nodes must be restarted manually.

Question:

Please, is there any configuration (preventive action) to allow the cluster manages the case of event 1135?
