Hi Forums,
Our current SQL2012 AlwaysOn production design is two nodes in primary DC and one node is DR DC. These nodes are running on Virtual machines.
We need to move the DR node to a new data center and the host name needs to get renamed and re-IP.
Can anyone provide suggestion with high level migration plan?
Here is what I have in mind:
1. Remove all replica databases
2. Remove the Replica from Availability Group
3. Stop SQL service and swing the VM to new DC then rename and re-IP the host.
4. Start up SQL and add it back to the AG.
6. Restore all replica databases from backup files from Primary host and add them to AG.
Please let me know if there is any correction on above steps.

KongDBA,
