SQL 2014 Cluster (FCI) with Availability Groups

Hi,

I Just wanted to seek others opinion on Installing a SQL 2014 Cluster (FCI) across 2 physical servers then on the same physical servers but different Instances install an Availability Group pair?
So it will look like this:

Server 1 (Windows 2012 R2)
--------------------------
SQL Instance A (FCI Active Node)
SQL Instance B (Has AG Active)

Server 2 (Windows 2012 R2)
--------------------------
SQL Instance A (FCI Passive Node)
SQL Instance C (Has AG Replicated)

I've gone through the SQL 2014 AG documentation and found that if the AG is in the same instance as the Cluster then it is best practice to have the Replicated AG Node outside of the cluster for when the Cluster fails over.
Therefore, providing the Physical Server has enough resources to manage this set-up, there should be no disadvantages of this approach?
Does this go against bets practice or are there any issues with this that I have missed?
I appreciate any of your thoughts?

Many Thanks
