AlwaysON With Log shipping

Hi All,

We have three node cluster with always-on already configuration. Two servers configured as synchronous and one server (DR) with asynchronous mode.

Now I need data to be available on the fourth node, which will not be part of the windows cluster.

I am planning to configure log shipping from the primary server to the fourth server. Not sure if this is possible.

I found the below link which says it is possible.

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/saponsqlserver/archive/2013/01/24/alwayson-part10-alwayson-and-logshipping.aspx

a) What happens in case of a fail-over on the primary server?

a.1) ie., if the secondary server becomes primary server, do we any affect on the log shipping?

b) Do we need to reconfigure the primary server  for log shipping in case of each failure?

c) I have tried use linked server which is much tedious process. Especially when so many variables passed as input parameters.

Any suggestions or inputs will be highly appreciated??
