Do SQL Server 2014 clusters support using Managed Service Accounts (MSAs)? Evidently in SQL Server 2012, Managed Service Accounts aren't allowed for clusters. If not Managed Service Accounts, can you configure a SQL Server 2014
cluster to use Group Managed Service Accounts (gMSAs)? If neither MSAs and gMSAs can be used for SQL Server 2014 clusters, why not? IIRC, MSAs were introduced at Windows Server 2012--seems the support should be there by now. Finally, can you figure a SQL Server
2016 cluster with MSAs or gMSAs?
