SQL 2008 R2 2 node cluster isn't listening on 2nd network added after implementation

Windows Server 2008 R2 /SQL 2008 R2 2 node cluster was originally configured to be connected to one private network. Later the client requested the ability to access the system via their corporate network A second network was added via cluster manager. SQL is not listening on the new IP address. How is this configured on a cluster setup
