SQL Cluster on VM's

Hi Team:

As of now we have two physical cluster nodes which are physical and now we are planning to move VM's. Can any one suggest me

1.       Microsoft Recommendation for Migrating Clusterd environment to Virtual Environment – Advantages/Disadvantage
2.     For SQL Cluster on VM's what kind of support we will get from MS and there standards on it.
